I never planned to become a coach—fitness simply became a part of who I am. Growing up, my mother loved watching Pilates videos on TV. Often, I’d end up doing the exercises instead of her, unknowingly starting a lifelong habit.
At 18, I began secretly training at home with my brother’s weights. I was very thin and wanted to gain weight, but beyond that, I found exercise deeply relaxing—my form of therapy. Walking was another one. My mother believed a day without walking was a wasted day, and I quickly adopted the same mindset. I began encouraging friends and family to move more, telling them, “A rolling stone gathers no moss.”
Years later, I realized this wasn’t just a hobby—it was a calling. I became determined to inspire others, helping them discover the same strength and relief I found through movement.
Today, I’m Ece, an online strength trainer for women at Harmony Fitness. I believe exercise is for everyone—not just to look good, but to feel better, release stress, and build confidence. There will be breaks along the way—illness, moving house, busy weeks—but what matters is returning to the habit. Even on tough days, a light stretch can lift your spirit.
When I challenge my body beyond what my mind believes it can do, I feel younger, stronger, and more alive. That’s why I train. That’s why I coach. My goal is simple: to help more women experience this feeling and believe in their strength.
