Yes! I offer a free initial session that includes a chat about your fitness goals, a physical evaluation, and a short workout. It lasts around 45–60 minutes.

Do you offer a trial class?
How frequently should I see a Trainer?

It depends on your goals and how motivated you are to train on your own.

  • Ideally, aim for 150–300 minutes of weekly activity.

  • If you train with me once a week, supplement with 3 solo sessions (e.g., walking, swimming).

  • Training twice a week with 2 additional solo sessions, plus healthy eating and sleep, can show visible results within 3 months.

Can I start exercising during pregnancy or after birth?

Yes, with proper guidance and doctor’s approval.
Strength training during and after pregnancy has many benefits. I offer modified routines to suit each stage and your energy levels. Always consult your doctor before starting any new program.

Absolutely! Regular activity can reduce the risk of falls by up to 40%.
It’s never too late — many women in my classes are in their 60s. It’s about moving safely and consistently.

Can I start exercising at age 60 or later?

Do I need any equipment?

Not necessarily! I can create effective bodyweight or minimal-equipment workouts. For faster results, I recommend investing in a set of dumbbells or adjustable weights.

Do you offer outdoor exercise programs?

I used to offer outdoor sessions regularly. During summer, depending on my location, I may run occasional outdoor group classes — feel free to ask!

You can join one of my scheduled sessions, or if you have a group of 3 or more, I can create a class just for you.

How do I access on-demand video workouts?

To access on-demand video workouts:

  • Complete your payment using the same email address associated with your YouTube account.

  • Or send me your email address through email.

  • Once your payment is processed, I will promptly grant you access to the videos.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

If you're running late, let me know — I’ll do my best to adjust if time allows. Otherwise, the full 1-hour session fee will apply, regardless of the time used.

After our first session, you’ll receive a form outlining all policies in detail. While I understand that emergencies happen, I ask all clients to respect our time and commit to their scheduled sessions.

All training packages are non-refundable, except in cases where you’re unable to continue and provide a doctor’s note. Packages are valid for one month, designed to support progress and real, lasting results.
