Do you offer senior fitness online?

Absolutely! I offer gentle home workouts for seniors designed to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Regular activity is crucial for longevity and independence. It's never too late to start strength training.

What equipment do I need for weight loss at home?

You don't need a full gym to get results.

Bodyweight workouts are often enough

Exercises are always adapted to what you have at home.

How frequently should I see a Trainer?

This depends on your goals (e.g., fat burning vs. maintenance).

General guideline:

• Train 1× per week → add 2–3 solo sessions

• Train 2× per week → add 1–2 solo sessions

Aim for 150–300 minutes of movement per week for optimal weight loss and health.

With consistency, good sleep, and nutrition, visible muscle toning results often appear within 3 months.

Do I have to be fit to start strength training?

Not at all. All fitness levels are welcome.

Do you offer refunds for physical products?

For physical products such as resistance bands, refunds are available within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Digital products, workout videos, challenges, and online coaching sessions are non-refundable once access has been provided.
