Join my energizing online group fitness classes designed to help you stay consistent, strong, and motivated — all from the comfort of your home!
Tuesday – Strength Training
Build muscle, improve posture, and feel stronger each week.
Workouts include dumbbell exercises and floor movements — with chair-based modifications available.
Thursday – Cardio & Conditioning
Boost your endurance, burn calories, and leave class feeling refreshed.
Expect a mix of dynamic bodyweight and dumbbell-based movements.
Saturday – Boxing-Inspired Full-Body Workout
Empowering combos to tone your body, build confidence, and relieve stress.
Dumbbells are optional — just energy and good vibes!
Modifications are always provided for beginners.
Beginners welcome in all classes! No experience needed.
