Join my energizing online group fitness classes designed to help you stay consistent, strong, and motivated — all from the comfort of your home!

Weekly Class Schedule (CET):
  • Tuesday

    • Strength Training – 7:00 AM

    Wednesday

    • Chinese Aerobic – 7:00 AM

    • Pilates – 6:00 PM

    Thursday

    • Glute & Abs – 7:00 AM

    Saturday

    • Boxing – 8:00 AM

    • Strength Training – 6:00 PM

What to Expect:

Tuesday – Strength Training

  • Build muscle, improve posture, and feel stronger each week.

  • Workouts include dumbbell exercises and floor movements — with chair-based modifications available.

Wednesday – Chinese Aerobic

  • Boost energy, burn calories, and improve coordination with fun aerobic movements inspired by Chinese fitness techniques.

Thursday – Glute and Abs

  • Tone your core and sculpt your glutes with a mix of mat, glute bands and standing exercises — beginner-friendly and low-impact options included.

Saturday – Boxing-Inspired Full-Body Workout

  • Empowering combos to tone your body, build confidence, and relieve stress.

  • Dumbbells are optional — just energy and good vibes!

  • Modifications are always provided for beginners.

Beginners welcome in all classes! No experience needed.
