🔥 THE CHALLENGE:

  • Duration: 20 days

  • Goal: Complete multiple 6K runs & compare your Day 1 vs. Final Day performance

  • If you improve, you’ll win 2 FREE personal training sessions with me (worth €40)!

You’ll also receive:

  • A digital finisher certificate

  • Access to a motivational WhatsApp group

  • Daily check-ins

  • A running plan sent daily, including intervals, tips, and encouragement

📲 HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Complete the payment & join the WhatsApp group

  2. Get your daily running plan (sent the night before)

  3. Complete your run, submit your time & quick check-in

  4. Motivate and be motivated — connect with others in the group

  5. On the final day, compare your speed — progress = prize!
